GCL Integrated "Xinfuding" BIPV Roof Integrated Solution Helps Chengde Lulu Distributed Project

Recently, Shanghai Gangzhijie Structural Building Systems Co., Ltd. won the bid for the roof BIPV distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Chengde Lulu Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 500000 tons of Lulu series beverages. It is reported that the project will adopt the "Xinfuding" BIPV roof overall solution integrated by GCL.

The business personnel involved in the technical proposal of the project stated that it is expected to use 5.1MWp high-efficiency BIPV double-sided modules from GCL "Xinfuding" on the roof of the main workshop and 0.88MWp high-efficiency PERC modules from GCL in the workshop canopy. The photovoltaic system will adopt the principle of "self use, surplus electricity connected to the grid" for on-site 10kV high-voltage grid connection.
The efficient BIPV roof overall solution of "Xinfuding" by GCL is a BIPV system jointly developed with Steel Zhijie. It achieves a higher roof installation rate while considering cost, reliability, and convenience of transportation and manual installation. Its installation efficiency has reached more than 1.5 times that of conventional BIPV modules. At the same time, the Xinfu roof system adopts A-grade fireproof components made of building materials; And excellent waterproof performance is achieved through the use of a full-length version combined with Australian style wide concealed buckles; The mechanical fastening structure has an overall snow load of 7000Pa, resistance to static wind exposure of 5600Pa, and can withstand wind speeds above level 17. Looking at the entire lifecycle, Xinfuding will effectively drive down system costs while ensuring safety, saving investors the most electricity costs and bringing higher investment returns.
It is reported that the Chengde Lulu 5.98MWp distributed project will provide owners with 6.841 million kWh of clean electricity per year. After the power station is put into operation, it can save about 2.06 million tons of standard coal per year, reduce CO2 emissions by about 0.566 million tons, SO2 emissions by about 0.69 tons, and nitrogen oxide emissions by about 1.04 tons per year. In addition, it can reduce smoke and dust emissions by 0.15 tons annually.
